Description:

The Equator is a convective warming system, which is perfectly designed for before, during, and after surgery, sustain patient normothermia and provide thermal comfort. The patented hose-end temperature control ensures that supplied air is held at a constant temperature regardless of the ambient temperature. To satisfy all therapy need, the advanced interface has four one-touch temperature choices (ambient, 36°C, 40°C, 44°C) displayed on a large digital readout. Protection is ensured by audible and visual warnings for over/under temperature and disconnect. The hose end of the blanket connector fits snugly into the blanket port attachment, preventing the blanket from being disconnected. Equator is used in critical and intensive care, surgery, post-operative care, and for assistance in treating chronic disease in hospitals, emergency rooms, homes, and specialized care settings.
