In this way, optimal gas concentrations can be maintained when ventilation is adequate.Inspiratory and expiratory O2 concentrations are also measured by a paramagnetic oxygen sensor. There is a water trap termed as ‘water lock 2’ and SCIO 4 remains equipped with this ‘waterlock 2’. The ‘waterlock 2’ needsa monthly change and at any time it can become empty.SCIO 4 is specially made to work with Drager infinitive monitoring systems. The system components are ‘Drager Fabius GS premium’, Drager Fabius Tiro, ‘Infinity Delta XL’, ‘Infinity Vista XL’. Temperature should be 10 to 40°. O2 measurement range is 0 to 100 vol%. Ambient pressure is 700 to 11 hpa.
